Return Process

  Log into your REFASH account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and REFASH security seals remain intact and un-tampered.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location within 48 hours.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the item's condition against its original listing, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
